Target Group: 300 women from the Al-Salam village community and 15 representatives from two partner NGOs
General Objective of the Initiative:
To empower girls and women to obtain official documents, thereby improving their quality of life and enhancing their participation in society.
Specific Objectives of the Initiative:
Awareness and Empowerment:
Build the capacities of a group of female volunteers through training workshops on how to raise awareness within the community about the importance of, and process for, obtaining official documents. These volunteers will then conduct awareness sessions for 300 men, girls, and women in Hagar Armant Al-Heet, Al-Salam Village.Legal and Community Support:
Promote governance values by engaging the local community and its leaders in providing legal and community support for 150 girls and women in Hagar Armant Al-Heet, Al-Salam Village who are unable to obtain their official documents—such as birth certificates, national ID cards, marriage certificates, or divorce certificates.Improved Capacity of NGOs in Human Resource Management:
Strengthen the ability of local NGOs to manage their human resources in a way that improves staff performance and builds their technical and administrative capacities.Effective Financial Management:
Ensure that NGOs have financial management systems capable of mobilizing and efficiently utilizing resources to fulfill their missions.Efficient External Relations:
Enable NGOs to manage their external relations effectively with all stakeholders to ensure sustainable cooperation and maximize community benefit
